The LinkSpare script has many uses when it comes to the online world. For example, in affiliate marketing, a lot of affiliate marketers don't want their URL to be shown as is, because you can identify the link leads to an affiliate product of some sort; therefore they mask or shorten their URLs and this way can hide that fact.
